GREEN SALAD

Romaine lettuce, red pepper, tomatoes, and carrot.


SHEPHARD'S SALAD

Finely chopped tomatoes, cucumber, onions & parsley.

                       APPETIZERS       


BABAGANOUSH     Pureed smoked eggplant with garlic and sesame paste.

HUMMUS               Mashed chickpeas and tahini blended with garlic and lemon juice.

EGGPLANT IN TOMATO SAUCE  Eggplant topped with sautéed fresh tomatoes and peppers.

BEAN PILAKI      Beans, carrots, potatoes and garlic in olive oil.

LEBNI             Yogurt, mint, walnuts and garlic.

VEGETABLE PÂTE    Mashed finely chopped vegetables with walnuts.

CACIK     Yogurt with cucumbers, mint and touch of olive oil.

WHEAT SALAD       Cracked wheat, tomato, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil.

FALAFEL     Fried grounded chickpeas with seasonings

CHICKEN SHISH    Char-grilled cubes of marinated chicken breast                     

LAMB SHISH         Char-grilled tender cubes of baby lamb                                        

ADANA KEBAB      Grilled ground lamb with seasonings                                               

CHICKEN ADANA  Char-grilled ground chicken with seasonings     

STUFFED CABBAGE  Cabbage leaves stuffed with ground lamb, rice and fresh dill served with yogurt

SPINACH SAUTEED   Spinach leaves sautéed with rice, red peppers and onions
